Ensure your items are uninstalled, unused, and include all original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and clearly mark the Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel before shipping it back to our warehouse.
Processing & Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
