Starling Cycles V3 Swing Arm
We’re making our swing arms available as standalone purchases, allowing you to reconfigure your existing frame into a new model.
No need to buy a brand-new bike, simply switch up your current swing arm and turn your Murmur into a Twist, your Twist into a Murmur or your Murmur into a Mega Murmur.
Don’t forget, changing swingarm will change your wheel size but not your travel. To switch travel, you’ll also need to change rear shock.
See the table below to understand which shock you’ll require.
Please note: These swingarms are made for Starling Cycles V3 frames – recognisable by their adjustable shock mount on the front triangle.
Swing Arm Features:
- Available in 27.5″, 29″ and Mega 29″ versions.
- 435mm chain stay length for 27.5″ version.
- 445mm chain stay length for 29″ version.
- 455mm chain stay length for Mega Murmur version.
- Twist / Murmur versions are hand-built by ORA, Taiwan, using heat-treated Chromoly.
- Mega versions are hand-built in the UK, using heat-treated Chromoly.
- UDH derailleur hanger.
- T-Type Compatible.
- 180mm post mount brake.
- Boost rear axle spacing (fits non-boost with spacer).
- 7-year warranty/crash replacement service.
How To:
- Murmur frame + 27.5″ swingarm = Twist (mullet)
- Twist frame + 29″ swingarm = Murmur (29″)
- Murmur frame + Mega swingarm = Mega Murmur (29″ and longer chainstay)
- Twist frame + Mega swingarm = Mega Murmur (29″ and longer chainstay)
